The Catch-Release System
The Catch-Release System is an interactive fiction creature collector where you can catch wild creatures called Infranims, conduct (scientifically inaccurate) research, and form bonds with your (human!) companions. Travel the land of Ophir, catch more Infranims, and forge your own path!
This is a passion project for me; I'll be working on it during my free time, so I don't have a set release date or update schedule. I'll be working on integrating more features and interactions as the game progresses.

Play as a newcomer to the bucolic Kaimula Town, where you quickly get wrapped up in your neighbors' messy home lives conducting research with your brand new Catch-Release System (CRS). However, a simple field outing quickly turns into a disaster when the originator of the universe decides on you as its host.
As you try to find a way to get it out of your head, you'll soon find that your new roommate is the least of your problems, especially as you begin to realize that the true risk lies in what it's hiding from.

Mond does nearly everything in Kaimula Village, although the content of the professor's true research is strictly confidential.

Confident, charming, and self-assured, Kane is the youngest head of an IRO special operations team in history. ...And the former apprentice of your late father.

thank you!!! i was actually surprised by how many people were interested in this, i thought i would be coding for an audience of me myself and i lol, i'm so happy you liked it!!! i'm working on the next chapter + adding a few things to the prologue already, it's a lot easier now that i have the framework down and there are (presumably) no bugs :))))

(lune would Not fit in your pocket and would try to stab you for trying. kane would half-fit and probably just take a nap in there. solution: squish them both inside and watch them fight to the death)

oh my gosh thank you so much!!! i was really nervous about posting this because i've never shared my writing this way before, but i'm really glad you like it!!! i'm working on the next update already, chapter 1 is fully outlined and the coding framework is pretty much done too :)

(also if scar heard that they would tell you 'haha what a loser cant get enough of me already after only a few thousand words' but immediately scrapbook about it in their diary with black glitter pens)
Due to the existence of those joke Password fields, you should add the Comedy tag. There may in fact be more Comedy, but I wouldn't know since just this amount made me stop playing.
You should also definitely remove the Female Protagonist tag since it's selectable. That tag is for non-selectable female protagonists.
